Troubleshooting

• Will it work with Xbox one / ps4 mic that has a 3.5mm jack? What if I have an adapter?

–The headset can’t work for xbox one/ps4 controller directly. If you want to use it for ps4/xbox one, a 2-in-1 adapter (not included) is needed.

• Can you use just the USB cable or do you additionally need to connect the 3.5mm audio jacks for sound and mic?

–The headset is not an USB headset, the USB is only for led lights. You need to connect the two plugs with your computer, and then the audio and microphone can work normally.
